MLB, football, basketball, and music

First of all, an article about Cubs outfielder Matt Murton, a Christian, and how he's been playing more and hitting better lately:

Here's a good article about Georgia defensive end Michael Lemon written in first-person format. In the article, Lemon tells about his mom, who was killed by her boyfriend, who then set fire to their house. His younger brother barely got out alive, and they're both orphans now basically. I can't imagine having to deal with all of that as a teenager. Here's the story:

Here's an article about how this is the year of the comeback in Major League Baseball. First there was Reds outfielder Josh Hamilton, a Christian, coming back from drug and alcohol abuse (By the way, can a player win Comeback Player of the Year without having played in the Majors before they made their comeback? Just wondering.). Then there was Red Sox pitcher Jon Lester, also a Christian, coming back from cancer. And then last week there was Cardinals pitcher-turned-outfielder Rick Ankiel returning to the Majors after learning how to play the outfield. Here's the article:
